Rachele Pojednic, PhD, EdM, CSCS, FACSM is an award winning professor, nutrition exercise scientist, and expert in lifestyle behavior change. She has a faculty appointment at Stanford University, is a research associate at the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine, Harvard Medical School, and Director of Scientific Research at Restore Hyperwellness.
