Rachele Pojednic, PhD, EdM, FACSM, is a respected expert, researcher, global speaker and thought leader in nutrition and exercise science. She is the Founder of Strong Process Education.

She received her PhD from Tufts University and completed postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School. Her research examines how nutrition, supplementation and exercise interventions influence muscle physiology, human performance, and healthy aging.
