Rachele Pojednic, PhD, EdM, CSCS, FACSM, is the Director of Scientific Research & Education at Restore Hyper Wellness, an Adjunct Lecturer at Stanford University and the Director of Education at Stanford Lifestyle Medicine. In addition, she serves as a Research Associate at the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine at Harvard Medical School and is an award-winning Instructor at the Harvard Extension School. Previously, she was a tenure-track faculty member at Norwich University and Simmons University.. Dr Pojednic is an international speaker and recognized Harvard University recipient of the Petra T. Shattuck Excellence in Teaching Award. Dr. Pojednic has been an active member of the fitness industry and cycling community for the past 15 years and is a Lululemon Ambassador, a former Specialized Women's Ambassador as well as an indoor cycling instructor and avid skier. She has been a consultant and writer for several organizations, including Time, Popular Science, Self, Shape, Women's Health, Forbes, Runners World, Boston Magazine, Joy Bauer and the Today Show.
