Self Directed Modules include:

- Module 3 - Using OARS (Open Ended Questions, Affirmations, Reflections and Summaries) to support behavior change
- Module 4 - Exploring and Encouraging Change Talk vs Sustain Talk
- Module 5 - Advanced Practice of MI Strategies (EPE and DARN-CATs)
- Module 6 - Putting it all together
Each module will be self-paced and will utilize hands-on practice to enhance the skills of motivational interviewing for the wellness professional.
